    Always learn something
The interviews are wide-ranging but focus on small businesses in the food and beverage world. I’m impressed with the host and how she always finds a way to make the content relatable.

    A Rare Resource
As an agricultural futurist, it is indispensable to me to have this a resource. Kim has a system wide view of our entire farm to fork landscape. There are way too many ah-ha moments to even begin to count.

    Your personal Compass
This episode really hit home! I believe it’s important to be mindful of not only your emotional intelligence but your own spirituality and how the two are not separate but fruit of the same tree. These are keys that I NEED to continue to be aware of as I grow a business as well. Shedding light on our emotions and highlighting that it’s ok to have emotions but knowing that emotions are temporary. My favorite part of this episode was the revelation that “no one really knows what they are doing” . We are all trying to figure it out so give yourself a break and be in your own body. Great episode and podcast Kim

    Top-notch guests, solution/strategy-focused!
A lot of business-focused podcasts tend to tread well-worn ground. But, The Tidbit was always full of fresh ideas, strategies, and insights from leaders in the food industry. I was glad to be introduced to new people and businesses from the DC and Baltimore metro area. Can't wait for Season Two!
