Morning56Yoga’s messy originRight off the bat, the definition of YOGA , the different ways this word and practice is defined can be so controversial with many people. I say be authentic in the description a person chooses. Most people relate yoga to the asana part of the 8 limbs of yoga. Not knowing there are 8 limbs. There is so much more. How ever a person chooses, be authentic. Yoga is all about connection is my definition. Connecting Mind, Body, & Spirit. ~~Dawn

moon-gazer8Excellent!Every episode is so full of practical and esoteric knowledge…well done! Because there is so much to learn, it would be helpful to slow down and allow for absorption.
-
SilverKat25!InspirationalThis podcast was detailed and super insightful. I’ve recently come to the realization that I’ve been holding years worth of mental trauma and stress and came across Brett Larkin on YouTube immediately after discovering the reason for my challenges I’ve been going through. Very helpful techniques and has already given me a more positive perspective. I plan on using your techniques every single day and hopefully soon start to feel better and feel more confident with myself in many ways.

Evolving JenBrett Larkin’s podcasts inspire me to take actionBrett Larkin’s Uplifted Podcast inspires me to take more action and risks, to put a bad video or blogpost out there just to confront my own perfectionist tendencies. Brett’s guests and topics introduce me to new ways of seeing the world; The power of archetypes, the Psychic Teachers. I am always looking forward to the next episode. The podcast never disappoints and always inspires me.
-
Funktified yogaHow to apply yoga in every day lifeI love this podcast, especially when Brett asks about what their daily morning routine looks like. It was on her podcast that I heard a guest say she meditated in her bed every morning first thing and that was a game changer for me and i haven’t missed a morning meditation since implementing that into my routine.

flwrbabe772/7/24 episodein regards to the chronic pain episode, I have this question. I had back surgery, and my last four vertebrae are fused. You were talking about spinal flexion with the guest, I’m curious if you or her have any bits of info you could share about lack of mobility after spinal fusion? I have noticed that I cannot twist or bend or flex backwards the way I used to. I also deal with some chronic pain as well, but find breathing and movement to be helpful. Thank you for the show. I always learn something new. I am specifically loving the yoga, Sutra/yoga, nerd episodes! jeni lawson

-
msred5Pretentious.Wow. It took a “relationship coach” for you to figure out that you should be grateful when you receive a gift that you don’t particularly like? I guess an attitude of gratitude doesn’t come naturally to everyone. Thankful for the unfollow option.
-

StephaniesjunkUplifted Podcast is wonderfulI truly enjoy Brett’s enthusiasm, detailed knowledge, and passion for yoga. Although I am interested in kundalini, I would like to hear other information that can be practical additions to my day. TrishballerinaSo knowledgeableThis is a useful podcast but a little hard to listen to- so hyper! Like the news. Funny for a yoga teacher! If it were a little calmer, measured, I could enjoy it more. Maybe just nerves or coffee?

horrible photo servicePodcast no longer working?!I’m a long time listener and this podcast is excellent but after straying away for a bit I’ve been trying to dive back in as of recent and it always says “episode currently unavailable” no matter which episode I choose. So sad about this. Is anyone else having this issue?
-
ricky21ishGrateful :-)This podcast is a godsend. I am so thankful this has come across my path. I particularly love the ancient mythological stories and the lessons extracted from them. So far there has not been one episode that has felt dull or that I couldn’t get some sort of nugget of truth. I look forward to checking out the rest of the episodes, cheers :-)

Kenz_SatnamSivana Spreads GoodI like this podcast quite a lot! It's one of the few that feels modern, but covers esoteric topics that are relevant to our development and wellness. They don't excessively try to sell or push you on anything either!
-
i wynnBrett Larkin thank youI have listened to so many of your episodes and all have connected with me in a very profound way. I will read the title or the name of the guest you are having for the podcast and think I don’t have much interest but I will give it a listen......then the next thing I know I am carried away with new perspectives, paradigm shifts, knowledge of something I didn’t know existed, discovery, heartfelt emotion and gravity. This is enlightenment for body mind and spirit. Thank you Brett Larkin.
-

shakti devi kaurAnother white woman with a yoga platformNothing new or enlightening here. Just another American white woman exploiting and culturally appropriating Indian spiritual. She can’t even say “Namaste” properly. Cmon y’all at least get Indians to host there’s over 1 billion of us!! We are also in the west in mass number.
-

Yogi PeggyThis podcast will improve your life, your yoga, your thoughts.I have been listening to The Sivana Podast while I walk. They are many and varied but all offer you some nugget of wisdom or a different way to look at the world and yourself. I am a newly minted yoga teacher. I am finding that these podcasts are giving me new ideas, reinforcing what I have learned, and inspiring me to delve deeper. I just listened to the 1/31/2019 episode on How to Think Positive Thoughts Every Day. Brett is so inspiring and gives very concrete examples of how to be positive and radiate positivity. Shine on, Yogis and thank you, Brett!
-
RCarYaHarLight and funThis podcast has taught me so much about enhancing and nurturing not only my yoga practice but my spiritual life in general. The interviews are fun and curious, and make me feel like I can make changes in my life despite being a busy working mom. Thank you!
-
DragonflyDiva7Great resource for all things yoga and moreI’ve followed Brett on YouTube for years, she’s one of my go too for yoga classes on YouTube. Her voice is so optimistic and full of sunshine. I was so excited to find her podcast.
-
BellMaggieTruly uplifting podcast!I recently moved and doubled my commute time to work each day. I first became interested in the podcast because I’ve always enjoyed yoga as a hobby to relieve stress and incorporate exercise in my life. Brett’s message has really helped me take my practice off the mat. I listen each day on my way to work and on my way home. The messages I hear help connect my energy to exactly where I need to be mentally in both environments. It helps me stay focused on the things that matter. I love taking advantage of this transitional time each day and not just filling it with monotonous radio music that numb my thoughts or add the adrenaline I feel when I am rushing between both places. My car time feels sacred and special. Sometimes I purposely drive just a little slower or take the long way home!
-
Raq_ross_da_bossListen to this podcast!!!All I can say is wow! I’m so happy. I just started listening to podcasts and this podcast is the first one I’ve found that SPEAKS TO ME. Love the content so much. Thank you for this magic, Brett.
