Great guests and always interesting but agree about the talking over guests and answering his own questions. I want to hear what they say but sometimes it’s drowned out!

Yep, another Todd cast, I made it despite Chuck’s constant interruptions of his guests.

Love all aspects of the show. To the people who say he “ interrupts” his guests. That’s Chuck and most times it’s going both ways. Over look any short comings and learn from Chuck. His knowledge is incredible

Why do you have guests if you’re going to talk over everything they say?

I love the alternative Hx episodes

The is everything that’s wrong with our press and with Washington. The host constantly interrupts his own guests to show off his purported knowledge and inside the beltway “expertise”. You can truly see why old media is dying by listening to this show.

If someone else had been targeted by Trump group, and had been threatened that they would continue to target that person using the “justice system” that they own (or will soon own), I would hope that Biden or any president would protect them. So why not do so for his son? I wish that Biden would also pardon himself. It would certainly put SCOTUS in a bind. If it’s not ok for Biden, it won’t be ok for Trump when the time comes.

I would enjoy Chuck’s podcast so much more if he actually let his guests talk.

I wanna turn you off when you start talking football and I do when it’s the end of the show. I have two and 1/2 masters and I don’t know what sec stands for. Also, please don’t just say a name of someone and assume I know who it is. I really appreciate your analysis. I have changed meet the press to press the meat because there is way too much glad handing. I listen to you on THE Chuck Todd podcast Thanks for your efforts.

Not a review though I do like Chuck. I don’t always agree with him but respect his knowledge. I am here to say something that I’m not hearing anywhere. We have a problem with the high cost of rent and homes. Biden is getting blamed but I think it is due to home ownership shifting from regular folks to investors because the wealthy received tax breaks from trump and needed to do something with that money so they invested in real estate. Before voting trump back in, thinking things will be better, he will give more breaks to the wealthy and the opportunity to own a home or get a decent place to rent is only going to get harder.

Great topics and guests. But, you ask and answer your own questions! Guests are left adding caveats to your responses. Removing the show from my library.

Generally, this is an entertaining and smart politics podcast. However, occasionally, Chuck will devote alot of time to sports analogies in politics. Not being a sports person, I never have any idea what he’s talking about and feel excluded. Not a good feeling.

When it comes to knowing the history of politics in our country, Chuck Todd and his team know best. This is one of the best political podcasts out there. It also doesn’t hurt that Chuck is a Miami Hurricanes fan!

As a sports nerd, Chuck makes it all fun instead of constant dread. And l always learn from the guy. 👏👏 Stay on the ice, Chuck!

If you morphed Sarah Palin & Meghan Markle together, you’d get Kamala Harris. She’s terrible. And I say this voting for the Biden/Harris ticket in 2020. The Progressives pulled the Party wayyyyyyy to left. They made Trump acceptable with all the Woke nonsense. Being labeled a “Progressive” is a stain now. Ask John Fetterman….

I get tired of people putting “thee” in front of every university. The Ohio State University is grammatically correct. “Thee” in front of vowels. “Thuh” in front of consonants. Easy grammar.

If you look at it as a drinking game, then it’s fun. Every time Chuck says “sort of”, do a shot. You’ll last about 4 minutes tops! Really off putting.

So, you won’t let your guests talk. Why not just interview yourself?

Only reason to listen to Chuck is his football picks with Tony.

Chuck if you’re going to have people like Jonathan Martin, you have to let them talk. It’s becoming a deal breaker for me.

I endure toddcast on occasion to hear interviews of interesting guests. To hear that you spoke with a cabinet secretary TWO years ago about the president’s poor condition that could have serious implications to our country and you Chuck Todd model of journalistic integrity and honesty didn’t share that with the rest us until now? Glad you’re not a doctor, or you would tell patients they have 6 months to live after already knowing for 6 months. Malpractice either way.

I don’t learn enough. The interviews are meandering.

Chuck Todd has been a great source of political information, mostly presented clearly separate from any opinions offered.

I always look forward to Chuck’s Podcast! Insightful & entertaining I check in every week to stay updated with Chuck!

I guess they can’t ignore RFK Jr completely anymore so they write him off as a not serious candidate. Clearly they haven’t listened to any of his speeches. Ross Perot was allowed to participate in 3 televised debates! Both parties are so anti democratic, I’m done and never going back, vote independent!

Can someone explain to me why Chuck asked the question and immediately interrupts the speaker? It’s getting more and more annoying and I don’t know how much longer I’m going to listen to the podcast which is really too bad because he always has excellent guests.

I haven’t had broadcast TV for 40 years so didn’t know of Mr Todd til this podcast so I thought it was just my annoyance w his perpetual interruption of guests. After reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone. I guess this tendency is on account of the nature of his television show. If I’m being charitable, it is bc of his enthusiasm and getting caught up in the discussion. The discussion topics are thoughtful and timely. The guests he is able to obtain impressive. All in all v engrossing even when they get into the political weeds. Just subtracted one star for the interruption habit. Also appreciate the isolation of sport discussions to the end of episode since it totally doesn’t interest me.

Chuck Todd is one of the many liberals that need to be fired at NBC News. The cry baby liberals at NBC meltdown when anyone has an opposing viewpoint. They interrupt and attack a conservative that is brave enough to appear on any NBC program. I will not be listening or watching any NBC News program until they clean house and comeback closer to the middle.

Addendum to my original post below. Chuck calling out NBC for hiring Rona from the RNC was worth a 5 star rating. Nice job! Please stop interrupting your guests!!! I listened to several podcast before I realized that I wasn’t imaging the constant interruptions. Please let your guest finish their thoughts and sentences. Alternatively, just have yourself on as the guest.

Used to enjoy listening as Chuck Todd was one of the seemingly few fair minded hosts in the mainstream media. As time has gone on he makes it more and more that he’s just as biased as everyone else. His latest episodes on Rural America and the State of the Union have made me give up on this podcast.

You are THE worst! Shut up Chuck Todd!

I really miss Chuck on Sunday’s Meet the Press (although I do like Kristen Welker!), but this podcast certainly feels like I get the same glimpse into his and his guests’ insights.

Nice to be able to hear Chuck Todd’s ideas and interviews with no commercials. Also like to hear him on WBGH Boston Public.

Chuck might interrupt his guests, but Kristen is just as bad plus she tries to answer the question she asked for them. So, why ask in the first place?

As a 10year Todd fan, I am appreciative that the new CT format allows for a more informal and less scripted conversational/developmental style of conversation. Chuck’s thoughts and opinions are often on the point of overzealous… but his wide-ranging ideas and mental “leads” are great in the podcast sharity/conversation with the guest. I also like his new “crowd-sourcing” offer for the listeners of his new show … I live in North Carolina where the State Supreme Court’s decision to allow party jerrymandering to be political, not legally jurisdictional… seems to me to be a political takeover of State Law… Thanks and best wishes for your ongoing success in this reporting on our fast-changing world! After the shock of the host-ghosted from Meet the Press of Chuck Todd … I hear the future. I am Cherokee, a station owner in a backward state, a woman, and a disenfranchised person. On the plus side … I love the goofy stories and brilliance of Chuck Todd’s brain (eschew cryogenics). What DID happen to all the frozen brains of celebrities? In the fan-zone.

I never miss this podcast and hope you’ll continue it long after you leave Meet the Press. I love the informality of the discussions. It’s like having a couple of ridiculously smart people talking about the latest news over a beer on the back porch. Please don’t change a thing.

I have respect and admiration for the authenticity that you get across. It does sadden me that you’re stepping back from Meet the Press; I hope you always stay vocal and doing the Toddcast. Maybe even a ramp up as we head into 2024? Cheers Chuck!

I am a big, longtime fan of MEET THE PRESS as I’m 78 years old. Chuck is knowledgeable, no question about it. But Chuck, you MUST STOP INTERRUPTING YOUR ALSO KNOWLEDGE GUESTS!! You are rude when you do it… especially talking over your female guests! Please consider having a podcast when ONLY YOU speak. I would be very interested in that as you are smart and articulate.
