Best info for a gym owner
This is hands down the top choice for gym owners seeking actionable advice. Stu provides practical insights that can be immediately implemented to enhance operations and drive growth. Stu also has some of the best in the field on his shows to compliment his extensive knowledge on every topic/issue a gym owner would need help with.

Way More Helpful Than the $350/month fitness mastermind group I was in!
Have been listing to podcast for several months and enrolled in MicroGyM University recently. Way more valuable than the $350 a month mastermind I was in. Our two personal training studios are benefiting greatly from Stu’s content.

    Creativity on Demand.
Since 2018, every time that I need an idea to piggyback from I just play the latest episode and I’m sure I would get my brain spinning again. Good artist copy, great artist steal. And Stu has a bunch of ideas to use under your own brand machine. Thanks for the free content.

    Value & Perspective
I owe Stu and his content a lot, I give his content a lot of credit for helping us stay afloat through the pandemic, surviving, and growing our gym back stronger since. Before the pandemic, I would never think about the business side of the gym. A lot of things to think about and new perspectives to take in. Appreciate you Stu!

    Provokes positive thoughts.
I have run through the MGU and love these podcasts as a supplemental resource. This is thought provoking whether or not you agree or disagree with Stu, it gets the juices flowing. He’s been in it for years so we essentially are learning from his mistakes. He’s also always willing to pivot in the industry as the industry changes.

    Honest, informative and entertaining
When I listen to Stu, I feel like he’s talking directly to me. It’s like the dude was a ghost in my gym looking at our issues and dissecting them. He doesn’t waste 15 minutes in each podcast talking about the weather or filling the space - it’s right to business. His solutions are things you can implement TODAY, not anecdotes or complete systems that you need to be a cog in. Stu offers seriously helpful a-la-carte solutions for gym owners.

Micro Gym Coach Wanting to Learn More
These podcast are informative and get straight to the point. I am a coach at a micro gym and my boss is in Stu’s Cohort of gym owners. I listen to the podcast because they help me understand my boss and the vision for our micro gym. Which I believe is helping speed up my learning process. I’m new to Fitness as a coach but have 20 years plus experience as a technical dancer. What I like about working for my boss is the way he implements Stu’s courses and advice. The podcast makes me a more knowledgeable coach and hopefully a future head coach or GM. 💪🏼😎❤️‍🔥

    A No-Brainer for Fitness Professionals
I’ve worked on all sides of the fitness industry: Personal Trainer at a conventional gym, Crossfit group class trainer, owner of an Individual Design Coaching Service. Stu’s insight and observations apply to all three. This podcast is a near-priceless treasure trove of information for anyone looking to carve out their place in the fitness industry. I can’t recommend it enough. Required listening.

    Advice You Can Actually Use
As a 10 year CrossFit affiliate owner, I learn a shi*tload of information and applied several pieces of advice to improve my business. Stu cuts through crap and tells it like it is - which I appreciate. From the social media podcasts to those involving buying a facility - I find them all relevant to what I’m currently going through here in San Diego, Keep up the great work.

Finally an educational podcast specifically for micro gym owners!
I came across this podcast about a week ago and it’s already brought tremendous value. As a micro gym owner since 2018, I wish I found this show sooner. Stu keeps it real and brings very useful info and experience that micro gym owners can apply into their businesses right away. Definitely a 5 star show!

Not just an angry ginger with a mic!!
Stu brings up great topics and challenges the way most gym owners think about their business. He’s a great resource and his podcast & IG are the way to get introduced. Get past your feelings and learn something from Stu! He’s got a lot to offer gym owners.

    My favorite podcast
Having jumped from job to job in a military family, being able to listen to Stu’s raw insight while I perform certain autopilot labor has given me a lot of preparation for my future as a micro gym owner once I settle in one spot. My favorite podcast hands down. I love that he touches on many topics with high caliber guests who are pros in their niche. Hoping to hear MORE on the Hybrid Microgym model, as that is my pursuit. I want equal bandwidth spent on the class and open gym customers (who will pay the same price), and really want to learn how to make it special. Keep it up, Stu!

Love it - so unique and interesting
I love this podcast. Stu covers topics so different from anything else I listen to. Stu gives great insight into the business of fitness and I think it spills over into business in general. I look forward to each new episode.

    Absolutely worth the listen
Not a gym owner, but have been listening to Stu since 2017. The information he shares goes beyond that of the micro gym industry and I have used his teachings during my military career and also with my own small business. I’ve shared his show with other friends with small businesses and they have also found value with his knowledge. If you ever have the opportunity, be sure to stop by Urban Mvmnt and take a look at his facility. It’s absolutely amazing.

    Pass
I only came here to listen to the interview with the amazing Sydney Cummings. She’s wonderful & a gracious person. The host guy wasn’t really for me...talks about himself too much & interrupted a lot. I love fitness, but I’ll pass on this podcast.

    Practical and NOT boring
Literally some of the best business advice with a no B.S. approach. Gets you thinking about your own business and how to improve profits without telling you what to do.

    What you need to hear!!
Just a good dude that talks as if you were his friend. Doesn’t sugar coat anything and gives awesome and good information. Definitely need to subscribe for some truth

    Actionable tips!
This is NOT the typical podcast with high minded “Gurus” slinging impossible tech-talk. These are actionable tips for brick and mortar warriors. Good stuff!
