    Mothman would be proud
I would listen to them talk about anything that they like or that makes them laugh. The cackling is one of my favorite parts. Hearing Liz tell the story of giving Mac a rat tail literally had me laughing till my stomach hurt. Also I just love the vibe of doing whatever (non crime thing of course) bc YOU love it and embracing your own quirks and weirdness. You guys are awesome.

    Awful
Just a couple of lovable losers waxing poetic about their banal existence…Just kidding! They are not lovable…Just losers. Go ahead and skip this one.

Leaving a Required 5 Star Review While I Wait for My Drive Thru Panera Order
Ahhh, thank you so much for this wonderous podcast! I binge podcasts to cope with my anxiety and Liz and Samantha are the best. They have literally interrupt my intrusive thoughts by making me laugh. I came for the Unsolved Mysteries and stayed for the cackling. Once you two run out of Robert Stack I’ll listen to anything you guys want to talk about - snacks, politics, our impending doom, etc. Also - my husband and I run the library in our very small town in the PNW (it’s basically Twin Peaks) and I appreciate your library support so much! Ok my Panera order is ready, bye!

    Worlds Greatest Podcast
This is the greatest podcast you will ever listen to. It has everything: unhinged banter, snack reviews, stories about puppy heros, and also the best commentary on the worst best show about Unsolved Mysteries. Love Me an original member of the 5 club. ☺️ Guess I never left a review until Now.

The first & best podcast I have ever listened to!!!
This is the best podcast and the first podcast I ever listened to! I started listening during the pandemic, and I haven't stopped listening. This is the only podcast I really anticipate and listen to every single episode. Perhaps it's you is the only podcast I have Patreon for! Listening to Liz & Samantha squawking feels like I'm listening in on a friends conversation, Its so much fun! My nine year old loves listening to PIY during road trips and I let her listen because I feel like you two are positive role models! thank you for not quitting. Im so proud to be one of the five!!!

Like two friends telling you an urban legend
As a kid of the 90’s who grew up terrified of “Unsolved Mysteries,” I was understandably skeptical of this show, but I was pleasantly surprised. Since I’ve only seen a few episodes of Unsolved Mysteries as an adult, I’m unfamiliar with most of the episodes the hosts talk about, but the show is even more enjoyable that way, because it’s like a couple of friends telling you about an urban legend they heard. Five out of Five Robert Stacks.

    wait.
how have i not reviewed this podcast yet?! I’ve been listening since the beginning of 2020. I’m one of the five listeners. I love a Minnesota-based podcast, I love a Minnesota accent, I love the cackling. I’ve been a Patron for like a year. I print out the coloring pages at the public library. I’ve been watching Unsolved Mysteries since I was about 4 years old, which is perhaps why I’m the Way I Am, so I was so stoked to find a locally-based rewatch pod when I needed more stuff to listen to at work. PS- I was born exactly 30 years after BD Wong; we’re both October 24 bbs.

5 stacks for a protection spell?
Witch Aunties, Your podcast has gotten me through some really tough stuff lately. I love the unapologetic care for humanity and our mother earth in the face of some pretty rough times. I dug around the graveyard and found these 5 Robert Stacks to give to you. I also would like to request that you cast a protection spell for me and all the other gender queer folks out here. You're the most powerful witches I know and your blessing would truly be.... well yea. May the cackling outlast us all. -Alice

    5/5 Robert Stacks
I frequently laugh out loud listening to this podcast and this morning I spit out my coffee laughing (gross but illustrative). Several questions come to mind when I think of this podcast: How is this podcast not more popular? Why is this not everyone’s favorite UM podcast? How are these ladies so beautiful and funny and still humble? This bleak world is better having Liz and Samantha recap UM—thank you for your service.

5 stars by law & because I love it
I have watched Unsolved Mysteries my entire life. It helped me through mono in middle school (watching between naps at my Grandma’s), vetting boyfriends in college on their acceptance that if we caught a rerun it would be watched, and flash forward to an ENTIRE CHANNEL 24/7 of Robert Stackie. Recently I caught the Diabolical Minds episode. Naturally, I immediately texted my boyfriend about it and bless his soul the response was just a link to Perhaps It’s You the Diabolical Mind ep. I was immediately hooked. I love this podcast so much if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I’ve listened to many podcasts for years and this is my first review. Liz & Samantha do a great job and make me wish they could be my friends. I respect their appreciation for the show but also calling out the dated and occasionally problematic segment. Keep it up gals! Seriously, thank you for making my hellscape reality slightly more entertaining.

1 of 5 listeners who ♥️s this pod
Just found this pod and am bingeing all the episodes. Samantha and Liz are people I want to be friends with. Liz loves the 80s- and I love her references to my childhood. You don’t even have to like or watch Unsolved Mysteries to enjoy this podcast. The hosts are hilarious and they are the perfect antidote to entertaining me during the pandemic apocalypse. I love their rating system of mustaches, re-enactments, and fashion. I give them 5 out of 5 Robert Stacks and I like to think I am 1 of their 5 listeners. :)

Those Two Girls From High School
I wrote a review a couple weeks ago for this amazing podcast but for some (I’m suspecting) notorious reason it didn’t post. This Unsolved Mysteries podcast is the best. The two hosts are totally those outsider girls from High School that would sit in the back of the cast. You know, the ones that were super shady but insanely hilarious. You either laughed along with them as they gave unique takes with observational humor (this podcast is for you) or you turned your nose up at them because you didn’t get what was so funny (this podcast is not for you). From diving into the real life details of the Unsolved Mysteries to critiquing the quality of the show’s reenactments, the podcast gives a unique take on a very bloated podcast subject. Go ahead and hit that subscribe button and saddle up for a one of a kind podcast mustache ride.

    Why is this so good?
Randomly stumbled upon this podcast and have been NON STOP BINGING it ever since. Hilarious, so entertaining, I want to hang out with these ladies, I love them so much. Holy F.

Broke my phone slamming the subscribe button
Less than a week ago I found out about this podcast and have been binging nonstop ever since. For some reason I started with the most recent, so I’m listening in reverse order but it’s still great. If you hate laughing and/or female voices you probably won’t enjoy, but Liz and Stephanie’s 90’s fashion reviewing and mustache naming are delightful. As an avid watcher of the original series, I truly enjoy reliving the creepy and cringey show

So very long in coming... AVID LISTENER
I have tried to write a review for this podcast several times. But, I am super stupid lazy and usually quit in the middle. Also, I usually start to write it at work then have to stop before I finish... for some reason or another. It’s the man keeping me down, and keeping me from my civic duty of reviewing my favorite Unsolved Mysteries podcast! Although my boss is a woman... and that isn’t even the point! Laziness is the real reason... Womp womp, sad face! The point is that I love this podcast! I came for the mysteries, and stayed for the hilarious commentary. The snacks, BD Wong, and Lennie Briscoe it is all amazing! I listen at work, and have relistened to much of the catalog. 5 stars... keep on barking, and let’s solve some mysteries y’all!

    Totally gets five-out-of-five Robert Stacks
I loved this show when I was a kid and am so excited it’s streaming now. I love the MVM - most valuable mustache award. Hilarious banter, and the same love I have for it. Well done show. Update: Still love it. Still love the cackling. When a new ep drops, it’s the first thing I listen to. And now to go with the pod dogs, there is a pod donkey!
  • jod926
    A MUST listen to!
As demanded by the podcast hosts, only 5 out of 5 Robert Stacks are allowed. I can’t wait for Thursday’s to hear my favorite Mystery Aunts cackle!
  • CeeBee16
    Blech
The trailer alone with the terrible uptalk made me want to die. It’s a just another podcast with two obnoxious, annoying, untalented people cackling about their own jokes. Let’s hope this trend dies out and the talented podcasters stick around.

    Five Stars!
According to clearly stated rules I am only allowed to give a rating of Five Stars. Since this is the finest podcast in history that seems about right. Thinking about the show two things stand out: the voices and the commentary.
  • MtheKai
    This podcast really Stacks up!
Samantha and Liz are a delight! Though the topics covered by Unsolved Mysteries are often heavy and tragic, our beloved Mystery Aunts handle the subject matter in a graceful forthright manner. I find their social commentary timely and a beacon of light in these dark times. Keep on cackling ladies!
  • Ohhey1111
    Follow directions, people!
Shocked to see that the rating for this podcast is only 4.5 stars because this podcast only accepts 5 star reviews! They deserve 5/5 Robert Stacks. Love that they talk about social justice issues and what’s not aging well in the show, that’s what I think about when I watch it. Love the show, ladies!

    JUST HAD TO UPDATE
I SENT A REview BEFORE BUT HAD to DELETE that JUST TO WRITE AN UPDATED ONE THEY are DANGEROUS and THE CACKLING MUST STOP! I aSKED THEM TO SOLVE WORLD PEACE AND THEY JUST GAVE ME FACTS AND i am HORRIBLY INSULTED enough to write a SCATHING REVIEW admitting my own ignorance also THEY CLEARLY LIE I TRIED TO REVIEW ON FACEBOOK SO THE WHOLE WORLD COULD SEE THEY ARENT EXPERTS OUTSIDE OF A FREE PODCAST and couldn’t figure it out which is their fault. Unfortunately I am a law-abiding christian, so until they personally bring about the purge with their memes I have to give 5 stars.

    Ok Karen
ElginMom needs to calm down! Sam and Liz are the best! Keep calm and cackle on.

    Dangerous
They may know UM, but thats about it. They seem to think all problems within the judicial system are because of police. They preach that all police should be done away with and replaced with social works safe places for drug addicts to inject their drug of choice. When asked, "How will society deal with rapists?" The answer was "Police don't do anything that's why there is a backlog of rape kits!" They deflect rather than answer important questions. They don't even have a possible plan for the nutty theories they put forth on social media. They only think as far as the current social trend rather than actually trying to assist in making a change. They know only enough to be dangerous rather than helpful.

    I love it!
I grew up watching Unsolved Mysteries and this is a fun, enjoyable recap to listen to!! I feel like Liz and Samantha are two good friends watching along with me! Great work ladies!!!

    Hilarious!
One of my favorite p-casts of all time, Liz and Samantha will quickly start to feel like two of your best friends you’ve never met. Look, they don’t love every episode of Unsolved Mysteries they watch, but some episodes are bad. What can you do about that? Liz and Samantha will give it to you straight every time. I appreciate the honesty and give it and Liz’s mustache names five out of five Robert Stacks. Come for the nostalgia, stay for the cackling.
  • Mch1383
    Perhaps it’s great
I listen mostly on spotify at work but wanted to make sure i gave a well-deserved 5 star review here! This show is pure nostalgia and I love every episode!

    Such a fun podcast
I am so glad this podcast was recommended to me. Liz and Samantha are funny, smart, and insightful hosts. I don’t even watch Unsolved Mysteries and I’m not a fan of true crime but I love this podcast. They are both natural storytellers and I love all the asides, tangents, and exclamations in each episode.
  • RLink22
    Absolutely hilarious
The banter, the MUSTACHES, the dirtbags, snack reviews - love this podcast!
  • Selene5591
    Love the cackling
That's all I have to say:)
  • HelenHeard
    Making Robert Stack proud.
Perhaps It’s You is one of the best Unsolved Mysteries rewatch podcasts out there. Even when they’re not talking about UM, they’re giving out recommendations or just generally give you life advice like the good mystery aunts they are. Their documentary reviews and hero pup episodes are gold as well. Obviously 5 Robert Stacks (the standard unit of measurement of quality)!!!
  • Tigerlover112
    Love this show
Great show, love the banter and any show that uses jagoff !!

    5/5 Robert Stacks!

Five Out of Five Robert Stacks
I never thought I would listen to a rewatch podcast, but here I am. I am still binge-ing my way through this podcast from the beginning and my body is so ready for more. I heard an ad for it on That's Weird and I immediatly hopped over to give it a listen, as I have been meaning to re-watch it myself but haven't had the time. So instead I have two very lovely Miniature-Soda'ns laughing along with each other talking about each episode, one by one. It is my top favorite podcast right now. Their recommendations that they have at the end of each epsiode have also opened my world to new things to read, watch, and listen to. Hell, even buy. I am so happy to have these ladies in my ear with their hilarious in-jokes all day at work. Keep up the amazing work, I am so looking forward to more.
  • Tiffer727
Perhaps it’s you is like watching Unsolved Mysteries with your girlfriends!
