    Top notch show!
This is such a great show. I discovered it when the guest was a host from another podcast I subscribe to. It has now been added to my list of regular shows. As someone living on a small homestead pushing towards self sustaining living and reliability the list of topics are usually relevant for me. The host brings a world view as well discussing some of the difference between our system and that of Europe. I love the variety of guests and will keep listening as long as your making content.

    Always more to learn
As a wildlife biologist I already spend a good deal of my time outdoors, but I’ve never been comfortable foraging safely. I love learning more from the guest speakers and Poldi’s videos from the field that highlight what to look for and then ways to use what you’ve collected. The tie to why it’s so important to be connected with where your food comes from brings these episodes to a whole different level.
