    Practical Practice
Mary provides a clear honest open & practical message. Her delivery has allowed me to access experientially instead of intellectually key concepts that are supporting my path to freedom. My favorite right now LETGO

    Grateful
I’m relatively new to Buddhism, got turned on to Mary through a friend. Her teachings are relatable, and accessible. I like her sense of humor - and her willingness to laugh at herself. I’m grateful for this podcast, it has helped me a lot!

    Mindfulness for regular folk
I’ve known Mary for years and been on retreat with her many times. She has a sensible way of explaining the wisdom she has clearly studied intensely. Her stories are relatable and have a casualness like she is sitting at the kitchen table talking to you. I highly recommend her talks for both beginners and people who’ve been walking the path for a while~ 🖤

    No bs kindness
I've been following Mary since she was part of ATS. I'm glad she's found new outlets that let others find and benefit from her kindness and generosity. One of Mary's best qualities is her ability to make dharma relatable through her own vulnerability. She is unafraid and inspires others to live with an undefended heart. Wonderful teacher, wonderful woman, wonderful show.
