Grief 2 Growth

65

"Transform your grief into growth with Brian Smith, an empathetic life coach, certified grief educator, public speaker, and author who has walked the treacherous path of profound loss. Grief 2 Growth unravels the intricacies of life, death, and the spaces in between, offering listeners a new perspective on what it means to be 'Planted. Not Buried.'

Join Brian and his compelling guests—bereaved parents, life coaches, mediums, healers, near death experiencers, and experts in various fields—as they discuss topics like survival guilt, synchronicities, and the scientific evidence supporting the existence of the afterlife. You'll come away with actionable advice, renewed hope, and the comforting knowledge that love and life are eternal.

One of the most powerful ways we know what awaits us and where we came from is Near Death Experiences. Much of Brian's knowledge is derived from extensive study of this phenomenon, along with interviewing dozens of near death experience experiencers.

Brian knows the soul-crushing weight of loss; his journey began with the sudden passing of his fifteen-year-old daughter, Shayna. It's not an odyssey he would have chosen, but it has been an odyssey that has chosen him to guide others.

Grief 2 Growth is a sanctuary for those grieving, those curious about the beyond, and anyone eager to explore the fuller dimensions of life and death. Each episode delves into topics that matter most—how to cope, grow, and connect with loved ones in the afterlife. If you ask: “Where did I come from? Why am I here? Where am I going?” this podcast is for you.

This isn't about forgetting your loss or simply 'moving on'; it's about growing in a new direction that honors your loved ones and your spirit. It’s about finding joy and purpose again.

Grief 2 Growth is more than a podcast; it's a community of souls committed to supporting one another through the darkest valleys and highest peaks of human existence. Listen today and start planting seeds for a brighter, more spiritually connected tomorrow."

    Enlightening
Brian’s guests walk many different paths in life and all have valuable insight to share. Brian’s grounded presence and poignant questions add to the value of this podcast.

    Love your show ..however
I am grateful for your show, I just want to share that I do avoid listening sometimes because you have a bit too many ad interruptions during the show which I find very distracting. I wish you could minimize to just one in the beginning, One in middle and One at end. That would be helpful for me to be able to listen and really pay attention. I also have lost my whole family who died (as wel as my Catty,) during the pandemic si it is comforting to hear your shows and to feel you and your guests understanding the pain I have with this situation. I do hope you can have more NDE guests and spirit communication guests like Susan Wilson etc. Blessings, Love & Light to you-

    Near Death, Forgiveness, Alzheimer's
I've been listening to Brian's podcasts. I had beaver done much delving into near death experiences. I'm fascinated by the commonalities of experiences. 'on the Path to Forgiveness' conveys the power of forgiving. A disease like Alzheimer's is devastating to the victim and the family. Grinnan's revelations helped me to make sense of similar situations. All shows well done. I look forward to more listening.

    Comfort and connection
I haven’t liked a podcast this much since Oprah’s Super Soul. The content and Brian’s demeanor brings me so much peace as I navigate my grief. Brian, you will never know the depth of how much you have helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do.

    Brings me so much comfort
After my own son’s passing, I was obsessed with NDEs and mediumship to prove to myself I’d get to see my son again… This podcast is both combined and the messages have been so insightful and timed amazingly with other readings/learnings I’ve found. Brian consistently has amazing interviewees, each of whom have different stories yet help shape a very hopeful future.

This is a hard subject but one that we need to get more comfortable talking about. It took me over 30 years to grieve my mothers death. Brian courageously and honestly talks about his own loss. Such a gift.

As a host, Brian gently infuses his own wisdom with that of his guests to leave listeners with the very real hope that growth follows grief when we invite it to.

I’m smarter than I used to be!
I am so grateful for Brian’s intelligent empathetic and accessible podcasts. He’s allowed me to meet some phenomenal people and better understand widely varied concepts and experiences. I love that he neither leads nor follows his speakers. He cooperates with them, highlighting and deepening the stories. Always good to hear. And I’m getting smarter besides!

So grateful to have found this podcast
Brian’s kind and gentle demeanor made me instantly drawn to his podcast. I have been grieving deeply for years, and find comfort in listening to other peoples journeys through the grief process. It’s true that we never get over it, just find a way to incorporate it into our being. Although I have not lost a child to physical death, I grieve for my mentally ill son who I care for every day, and try to protect. I worry for what will become of him in the future. Thank you Brian for your podcast, and sharing your thoughts on grief. I love the discussions on life after this life. It brings me so much hope.

    Production Issues
Would give 5 stars for content but needs some production work to eliminate REALLY annoying background noises like episode 115 that made it difficult to listen to. If you’re using earbuds, it’s loud clanking in your head.
