Inspirational & incredibly informative

Every episode has been incredibly helpful to me on the journey of studying kriya yoga & this lineage. I particularly enjoy the episodes focusing on the yogis of this lineage, & also find some other topics covered very helpful in trying to balance life in the day to day world with being a kriya yogi. I’m very grateful for this channel & its content & look forward to each new episode.
