I love this podcast but there are too many adds and they don't update it enough,so I can listen to a different one every night!

These sleep stories used to be one of the best things to soothe my anxious child to sleep. It became a part of our nightly routine and something he looks forward to. I’ve learned the hard way to set a “stop playing” timer 2min before the show ends so he doesn’t get awoken by a loud obnoxious safeway ad after he’s just drifted off peacefully. Tonight he was having a rough night and I put on the latest episode Mr. chi. THERE ARE NOW LOUD ABRUPTLY DISTURBING ADS SMACK IN THE MIDDLE OF A KIDS MEDITATION SLEEP STORY. Talk about disrupting the nervous system! Seriously this is so upsetting and definitely not well thought thru. The ads are annoying enough to skip thru at the beginning but at least we know they’re over and now this! Defeats the whole point of “meditation”. Majorly disappointed and going elsewhere.

I like it but the adds are a bit annoying I also wish that you added more often but in all I love the stories and meditations! 10/10😍💤💤

The commercials are the worst. Not only do they interrupt the meditation but they are like 10 times louder. Kids are almost asleep and/or relaxed and then boom - someone’s yelling at them about trying Athletic Greens.

Very good for tired kids and baby’s but don’t like the adds.💖❌💯❕

I have had trouble sleeping before. And I started listening to this podcast a couple years ago and it has helped me ever since I forgot about it but recently started listening to it again and I love it so much! And I see everybody talking about the ads and quite frankly, I don’t remember them Maybe I’ll hear them again🙃😌

Each episode starts with an ad. When you are trying to help your child fall asleep it’s jarring and counterproductive. The stories themselves are fine and can be helpful.

We just found your podcast and my daughter really enjoys it. However, is there any possible way you can request that adds for ED with moaning from women NOT be played before the episode… absolutely inappropriate!! In addition, these ads only come up on her iPad - not on our phones when trying to play the same episodes which I don’t understand…..I’m not well versed in the podcast world and I understand you need to make money and get sponsors etc but is there any way you can influence what products are being advertised to our children?? Otherwise a lovely podcast that my daughter loves to listen to falling asleep…..we unfortunately just need to heavily monitor it.

the obnoxious add are not your fault! dont worry about it!! your stories are awesome and help my child get to sleep at night! i hope that you continue making these stories, so my daughter can get to sleep quickly!! 🥰

What’s the point in a delightful guided-relaxation for my child that ends with a much louder advertisement for lottery scratch-offs? So much for dropping off into a peaceful sleep…

I was delighted with everything about the story and ambient music until very obnoxious ads suddenly played in the middle. I understand the necessity however put them at the beginning. Because of this I immediately unfollowed and would probably not listen again.

Your stories are great but omg what the heckin heck with the ad interruptions?? This is supposed to be a sleep meditation for children! Children who struggle to relax at bedtime and need a little extra help from a meditation/podcast sometimes. Throw an extra couple ads for mgm liquor or whatever else your ads also include on any of my (grown up) podcasts and take them off this one. Seriously. Glad to hear them and maybe even make good on them.

Loved this podcast but the new random “pizza, pizza” ads are terrible!

I’m disappointed with the ads in the middle of the episodes now. It disrupts sleepy “meditation” for the kids. I understand they want to make money, but it’s disruptive enough for me to find a different podcast or sleep meditation for the kids. I’d be surprised if the podcast survives this new ad format.

I’ve listen to every single one of these and the dolphin one is my favorite. Only complaint I have is that I want more! *Update* it’s so unfortunate now that ads play in the middle of these episodes now. It ruins the whole experience and episode. Will probably be going to find somewhere different to get my sleep stories/ meditation. Which is unfortunate because these this podcast is very good and the stories are good.

They are amazing and they help me go to sleep, because I can never fall asleep, especially on school nights so they help a lot.

This is great to help me get my children to bed BUT the ads in the middle of the meditation and at the end wake them up.

This podcast is amazing I rarely make it through a whole episode without falling asleep. The only thing I dislike is the ads I'm okay with them at the beginning cuz I'm not asleep or close to being asleep but at the end I'm usually asleep so it's annoying just having them come out of nowhere at the end and it usually frightens me So yeah just don't have ads at the end

I am almost 16 years old and I still listen to this show! The stories are so good and the music is beautiful! Please make more episodes!

This podcast is so calming but the adds are so dang annoying but still amazing

This is the best sleep podcast I’ve ever listened to and I fall asleep right at the middle. I love the meditation part in the beginning, but the adds at the beginning and end are so annoying 😤 and obnoxious luckily I don’t wake up, but it’s very annoying when I’m trying to start falling asleep before I listen and wish they had more episodes….. oh wait I just realized there’s 54 episodes just click on see more at the very bottom of the episodes and it shows you a lot more

I love this podcast I can easily fall asleep but I hate the ads that blare at the end wake me up maybe put them in the beginning only but this is technically the same as any other rating please put them in the beginning only

My daughter really likes these but the ads in the middle or at the end wake her up just as she’s about to fall asleep. Talk about frustrating!

This podcast has been my soon to be 4 year old daughters favorite for a couple of years. We listen every night! And up until a number of months ago I would’ve said “best podcast ever” because we got these glorious ad free episodes that I could select “play until end of podcast” as the sleep timer and go to bed (for when she wakes up in the middle of the night or when I know I’m gonna doze off with her)…. But in the last few plus months they have added ads WHICH I TOTALLY GET that they need to monetize!!! BUT - if we could just get ads in the front that would be so much better. I can’t even set a “10 minute sleep timer” to escape them. They are so so many. 😭😭 It’s been waking her up repeatedly and isn’t working well for my pregnancy sleep issues but she finds the voices so soothing and doesn’t want any other show. 🥲 I really wish there was a way to buy ad free episodes because at this point I would.

We love this podcast for sleep but only some of the episodes keep the ads at the beginning and the end. The episodes that have ads in the middle disrupt the falling asleep process. My kid will be almost asleep and then the ad blares and jolts him awake and we have to do a while reset to get back to sleep.

This has been so helpful for my very anxious 7 year old! It helps her relax and she’s asleep before the episode ends. Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the new ad format. As others have mentioned, loud and obnoxious advertisements pop up just as their about to go to sleep and it basically undoes all the relaxation.

why would you put ads in the middle of a sleep meditation for kids? we love them but can no longer listen due to the ill placed ads.

It’s hard enough getting my preschooler to settle down at night. That’s the whole reason we started listening to these at bedtime. But the ads undo all the relaxation from the story. There’s got to be a better way! Even picking ads that follow the tone would be ok - I’m not opposed to there being ads, just choose calming sounds that don’t jar us out of our meditative mindset.

When I listen to the podcast I fall asleep so fast but then at the end I wake up to the ads and the Harley Hopkins one that just came out IT HAS A AD RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE IN IT WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!! PLEASE THE ADS THEY ARE SO ANNOYING TAKE CARE OF THAT

These are lovely meditations for young kids, don’t get me wrong. But the ads at the end of the podcast ruin the meditative purpose. Example: My 5 year old is listening to this podcast and almost falling asleep when all of a sudden a loud Toyota (or something) ad blasts out. He screams and cries because it startled him out of his happy secret treehouse meditative space. At least get some ads that support the overall idea of this podcast - and put them in the beginning, not in the middle or end.

Hey, we love your podcast. My kids have been listening to it for years, but the ads gotta go. I realize you need ads for money to keep going, but they totally defeat the purpose of relaxing to sleep with the podcast. When a kid is about to fall asleep and then an ad comes blaring on in the last 30 seconds…bogus! There has to be a better way.

This is a meditation for kids podcast and the first ad was a loud and energetic viagra commercial. As much as I enjoyed the meditation once I got to it, I can’t play them with ads that are inappropriate for kids.

I really love this podcast so much it’s been great and I’m really happy that I can get to sleep in two minutes just two like it usually takes me over 3 hours to fall asleep I’m so happy thanks for making more podcast episodes !!! Everything about the actual stories is wonderful, but now ads pop up in the middle. It used to help me and my kids fall asleep, now we are just drifting off and awoken quickly by very energetic ads. Sad to give it up

We recently discovered it and are thrilled that there are now new episodes. It is a wonderful way to get my girls to sleep and the narrator has a comforting, warm voice to listen to. Thank you!

I love it and I am 10 and I am asleep before the end of the episodes are over! I don’t know how so many people don’t like it I love It!!!
