shayyyraeAuthenticLove the realness brought to the episodes. The daily struggles in the field are real and it’s nice to hear that we’re not alone in these situations that we encounter.

K8colleenWhy the eating?Would be a great podcast if we didn’t have to listen to you chew popcorn throughout the whole episode. The chomping was unbearable.

Kersten SEnjoyable and informativeThanks for your podcast, I am not in ABA, so I know it not geared towards me, but I have really enjoyed listening. I am the parent of a child in ABA and was looking for more information on the subject and came across this podcast a couple weeks ago. I started by listening to the most pertinent episodes for me, but really enjoyed it and ended binging all the episodes. I found the information very helpful in understanding what my child does all day, and it also gave me a better understanding and greater respect for those who work with my kid. As a parent, ABA can be very intimidating, and I was really nervous to start as there is so many conflicting opinions out there. We have been at it for over a year now, and while everything is not always perfect, and sometimes progress is slow, most of the people who have worked with my child are amazing, kind, and very fun and positive people. So thank you for all the insightful information. I would love it if someday you did an episode geared towards what parents should know/expect going in, what questions are good to ask, and how to know whether the clinic they are at is actually a good fit. I feel like that time was such a blur for me as we had so much new information coming at us and I looking back I was really shell shocked and just running on fumes.

SerinaBreeLOVE THIS PODCASTHi ladies! My name is Serina and I have been listening to your podcast for awhile as I am in grad school to become a BCBA. I recently listened to the in clinic vs. in home episode and found so much of the information helpful! My clinic, located in WA state has began transitioning to all in clinic. I love this because I love being Able to see our kiddos interact and get to play in different environments. I do have a question and was curious on insight/feedback. I currently work in-home with a kiddo who is from a different culture..I love this, but as weather is getting hotter I am realizing they do not have AC or even an appropriate fan that is on. How would you address this? I have canceled session class week due to being over 80 within the house at the time of session. Wondering on some solutions ( I have a hand held fan, but it only does so much) I love your show and how real you guys are! Thank you!

Krista Alkhotaifi3 tier system and stuffHey! Love the podcast, I listen to it in the car between sessions. I’m an in-home BCBA in California. The content is really great and gives insight for RBTs and BCBAs in a 2-tier system. I know a 3-tier (BCBA, master level supervisor, and direct interventionist) isn’t commonly spread throughout ABA but it’s a thing here. Have you ever ran into your RBTs (my masters level clinician) not take your feedback as a BCBA? Like sometimes they feel as though they know more than us (on their high horse). Same for the therapists (especially when they are older). I had multiple therapists give me attitude (between 5-10 years older than me) because I gave them feedback (using the cookie method).

alannajacqThank you for keeping it real!!I love this podcast because of how real y’all keep it. Not only do you give great insight in the ABA field but you don’t sugar coat anything. It’s SO helpful especially to someone who is so back and forth with pursuing a career in this field.

Decisive 101 fighterSo wonderful!Let me start off by saying that not to long ago I couldn’t sit through a podcast without my ADHD kicking in and just giving up on it. This is the first podcast to EVER keep my interest! I’m addicted! You guys make it easily relatable and help aspiring BCBA’s not feel so alone and/or lost and confused. This podcast has helped me personally and professionally! Thank you ladies for all that you do and continuing to inspire! Keep up the great work!

SleighBellzGreat Podcast Overall!Hey ladies, love the content and love that you treat this as a time to have your wine, but I agree with another reviewer that the eating was distracting during “What I wish I knew as an RBT.” Relatable and great info. Keep up the good content!

spsbarnesGood podcast about ABAGreat podcast and love the conversations about a variety of ABA topics, feels like friends talking about things I’m interested in. Maybe this is a personal thing(bc I can’t stand the sound of chewing/ chomping), but I couldn’t stand the eating during the RBT episode, I almost couldn’t make it though. Great podcast overall though, sorry for the critique!

charearnsAmaaaazing!Love these girls and that they’re breaking into these hard conversations of ABA. I love that they promote ethical and progressive ABA and talk about all those things we’re all thinking about! Love the feature with Stephen and hearing a male’s perspective of working in ABA.

Carlieb10Y’all rock!!!I love this podcast so much! ABA can definitely be an isolated field and this podcast helps me feel understood and heard, plus I can always relate!! Thanks so much for making this podcast! I always look toward to listening 😁

dhhxdrgYes!I almost didn’t listen to this podcast because while I’m in the field and in grad school for my bcba, sometimes making my life all about ABA makes it aversive and I didn’t want that. BUT I’m really happy I tried it and I really like it so far. I like that they talk about interventions they’re trying with their SOs, that one of them is still in school like me, and that it honestly just feels like a conversation. It’s really easy to listen to while I drive between clients and it’s very relatable. It’s a good way to switch my brain over to translating ABA.

chris alexxanderRefreshing and knowledgeable! For someone who isn’t apart of the ABA field, I found myself truly enjoying and learning from Magali and Erin. Their chemistry is undeniable and they truly enjoy what they do. It’s refreshing to hear how passionate these ladies are. Keep up the beautiful work! I can’t wait to hear more.
