DBowling7Spoke to me!Episode 33 Mid Life Eating Disorder with Betsy Brenner rocked my world! It was like she was taking about me. As a woman who struggles with ED in mid life, I found courage and hope in her story!

Dani PeachGreat Exercise episode!Thank you for this great episode about exercise! I already shared it with a few other professionals & potential Renfrew’s patients (& families), who struggle with over-exercise. Kristen is a wonderful resource & Spring Lane is lucky to have her. Raising awareness about this is so important. I wish more coaches & doctors would listen to this. Keep up the good work ladies!

These podcasts have been so helpful to understand the different ED, the treatment process and recovery. I have listened to them all, gone back to review some and look forward to upcoming podcasts. laurenruthmartinSupportive Chats!Ashley is passionate about mental health and everything that comes with it. It’s wonderful to see clinicians go beyond the therapy room and make topics like this more accessible. This podcast can be a great conversation starter for loved ones or even to begin having a greater understanding of our own experiences.

PandozasThere are many different eating disordersI appreciate this podcast so much and loved going through the different animals. Please keep in mind though that anorexia is one of many disorders. I find that both Renfrew and this podcast make this error with their approach to eating disorders. Please normalize discussions about bulimia, orthorexia and binge eating disorder.
-
2018bostongirlAwesome second episode!Loved the last tidbit about learning to accept and respect your body as it changes over time. You don’t have to love it to be able to nourish it! I am looking forward to future episodes!
