A great down to earth crew

These are hunters with families and jobs that talk about maintaining that balance and spreading advice for hunters of all levels to appreciate. I started hunting in my late 30s and gleaned so much knowledge from this crew that my seasons have been increasing in success each year. Can’t eat the horns!!!!

Great show, good content but fellas, does the intro music need to be 2 min long? Just get into it without music blaring in the background.

The way hunting should be!

This podcast, and all their social media content, to me is what hunting is all about. Having a great time, camaraderie, and eating food. I hear a lot of hunters get so worked up over seeing a bunch of deer but not the big buck they “want”. But they are miserable the entire time. Give these guys a listen and just have FUN!!!!

A Fresh Perspective

I recently found this podcast! As hunters we need more of this type of content. Hunting is not all about antler size and being perfect in the woods. Eric and Greg do a great job of sending that message! This is what we need in the hunting space right now. Thanks guys for an excellent show.

What hunting is all about!

This podcast is built on the core values of hunting. Listening to these guys talk about deer hunting you can see they have the best attitude when it comes to being in the woods. Go out there, have fun, and talk about the stories that have been created. They bring an easy to listen to mood when they have guests on that lay down some of their proven knowledge. Having opportunity to call in and tell them your okayest moments is awesome as well!

Tuesday Night Live Takes

This is the first podcast I’ve found that does live listener calls in like old school public radio which is great for the rut to have people calling in from around the Midwest talking about deer activity live on Tuesdays so you know how focused you need to be on hunting come the weekend. Great guests as well that fill the void when there aren’t callers to get info about out of state hunts, arrow building, whitetail tactics, etc.

Always a constant listen for me, Eric is full of knowledge throughout all of hunting and always has knowledgeable and experienced guests on the show in a giant variety of hunting topics. Must listen!

CWD episode with guest Mitch Baker

Mitch was a great guest. His hands on approach to raising awareness and taking action on CWD is a great example of what is necessary to stem the spread of CWD. If hunters are not part of the solution the DNR will never be able to slow down the disturbing speed at which CWD is spreading. The podcast got me engaged to test my deer and check out the state legislation he mentioned.
